The game is nearly great. the great problems arise with: optimization and gameplay.
optimization is f::ked. but it is due to unreal engine 5 and not entirely the devs fault, still they can improve it.
and gameplay, where should i begin begin?.
maybe the fighting feeling like original doom levels of Ai sometimes, the god awful mutant behaviour when compared to the originals, and, most importantly, the lack of A-life. as it is now (6/7/2025), the game uses a random event generator around the player, which is great when compared to other open world games, but is only a shadow of it´s former A-life of the original games.
i love this game, that´s why i need to be harsh. because i already spent +200 hours on this game alone, and probably over 1000 including the originals and mods.
I really want this game to be the best.
