Astebreed is an arcade shooter about Roy Becket, a young pilot drawn into a war against an ancient mechanical alien race threatening humanity. Alongside a girl who survived the aliens’ experiments, he fights to protect what remains of human civilization and reunite their shattered families.

Roy pilots a combat mech equipped with the mysterious Lucis device. It enables long-range attacks, laser targeting for homing shots, and close-range strikes with a powerful blade. Enemies swarm from different directions, while the perspective shifts during battles, combining 3D environments with classic arcade shooting.
