Asteroids — The goal of the game is to get as many points as possible by shooting asteroids and flying saucers while avoiding the debris. The player controls an arrow-shaped spaceship that can spin left and right, as well as move and shoot, but only forward. When moving, momentum is not conserved: if you do not turn on the engine, the ship will gradually stop. The player can also use the hyperspace drive — this causes the ship to disappear and then appear in a random location on the screen, with the risk of being destroyed by an asteroid appearing in place.
