This science-fiction shooter with role-playing and survival elements is set in the future, some time after the success of ADMX. Once the nature of dark matter is understood, governments, corporations, and criminals begin harnessing axions to generate electricity and create designer drugs. The consequences include widespread illness, harmful radiation, and mutations, while bandits fight for control of society and the weakened military loses its grip.
The player explores an open world and follows a storyline in either single-player or multiplayer mode. The game can be played from a first- or third-person perspective, with character development, survival elements, and multiplayer over LAN or online. Humanity’s hopes rest with scientists and mercenaries seeking to uncover the mysteries of axions.
