A real-time action-strategy game about medieval fortress warfare, in which the player defends a castle and lays siege to rivals with a ballista, troops, and magic. The ballista can launch an assortment of weapons at enemy towers or spear approaching foes, while friendly units are sent into battle separately from the hero.
Combat combines ranged attacks on fortifications with close-quarters fighting in which the hero takes part directly. The campaign includes additional survival battles, and split-screen play is also available.
