Set in a future where the World Union calls itself a perfect society, this science-fiction adventure begins with the murder of one of its citizens in Russia. The killing coincides with the accidental death of a professor in Adrianopolis. Security officer Phoenix Wallis is assigned to investigate, and her search for the truth challenges both the case and her faith in the world she is sworn to protect.
The third-person point-and-click game has the player explore locations, talk to characters, solve logic puzzles, operate high-tech devices, and use inventory items. Conversations offer dialogue choices and branching paths, while non-linear play allows for optional activities. Phoenix’s journal records key moments from the investigation.
