A tactical action-strategy game set on the dangerous highways of dystopian America in 2025, where pollution, climate catastrophe and gang warfare have brought society to the brink of collapse. The player takes on the role of a hired highway warrior, accepting contracts, fighting gangs on the roads and making a living in the scorched wastes.
Before heading out, the vehicle can be fitted with weapons and upgrades, including artillery, lasers and mines. Command Mode slows time so the player can issue orders and choose tactics during combat. Eight stories introduce this world, while run-based campaigns revolve around completing missions and trying to survive.
