Day in the Woods is an adventure puzzle game that reimagines the traditional sliding-tile format as Little Red Riding Hood’s journey through the forest to her grandmother’s house. The player guides a winged sprite who helps Red reach her destination by avoiding the wolf and spiders and distracting bears.
Each level is made of hexagonal tiles that must be shifted to clear a path and collect flowers and berries. The game features 60 levels with progressively more complex puzzles; completing a level in the fewest possible moves earns stars that unlock new levels and seasonal backgrounds. The sprite can also be customised with different wings, trails and flares in a range of colours.
