Deflector is an arcade rogue-lite set in a deadly microcosm of hostile worlds teeming with viruses. The player sends enemy projectiles back at their attackers, combining deflection with weapons and Mutations to fight increasingly dangerous foes and reach the Source.
Each run begins with a choice of Bioshell, each with its own weapons, abilities and way of deflecting projectiles. The starting Bioshell, the Eradicator, wields a boomerang; others are unlocked as the experiment progresses. Combat experience unlocks more Bioshells, Mutations and persistent upgrades in the Hub, while each world culminates in a battle against an Apex Virus.
