This open-world first-person shooter is set amid a global energy crisis and a struggle for the world’s remaining oil reserves. Players take the role of an elite soldier in the Western Coalition Army, fighting the Red Star Alliance on the frontlines of the near future.
In single-player and multiplayer modes, battles revolve around non-linear mission objectives and destructible environments, allowing the course of a fight to shift as opposing forces are worn down. The arsenal includes more than 60 weapons and vehicles, among them jets, helicopters, tanks, and armored personnel carriers. Soldier customization lets players choose weapons and role specializations, while multiplayer supports up to 64 players and team-based combat.

Gra zrobiła na mnie wtedy ogromne wrażenie. Przeszedłem ją jeszcze około 40 razy. Szkoda, że nie wszystkie funkcje zostały zaimplementowane w trybie dla jednego gracza, na przykład walki powietrzne z samolotami; gra jest dostępna w trybie wieloosobowym, ale nie w trybie dla jednego gracza. Nie można grać jako Związek Czerwonej Gwiazdy, ale chciałbym. Broń drugorzędna jest skąpo reprezentowana, chociaż jest mnóstwo ciekawej historii do odkrycia. Postacie są przedstawione powierzchownie. Ale mi się podobało. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, byłem zadowolony z gry.
Игра в своë время произвела на меня огромное впечатление. Я еë перепроходил раз 40. Жаль что не всё фишки были реализованы в одиночной игре, например воздушные бои на самолëтах, в мультиплеере есть, а в одиночке нет. За Союз Красной Звезды нельзя поиграть а хотелось бы. Доп.вооружение представлено скудно, хотя по лору там столько всего интересного. Персонажи показаны поверхностно. Но мне нравилось. В целом я от игры остался доволен.
