This adventure game with puzzle and platforming elements follows a curious flying, kite-like being as it travels through colorful, unusual worlds. The player can explore at their own pace, interact with characters and environments, uncover secrets, and encounter unexpected surprises.
Each world has its own goals, activities, interactions, and secrets. These include diving alongside sea creatures and soaring with kites. Rather than a sequence of required tasks, Hohokum is designed as a playground for exploration and experimentation. Its visual style was created by artist Richard Hogg, and the soundtrack features music by various artists in collaboration with Ghostly International Records.
