This third-person action-adventure takes place in a fantasy world and follows Horn, a blacksmith’s apprentice who wakes to find his village and its surroundings overrun by monsters. He discovers that a curse has transformed the local people and animals, and sets out to find a way to undo it. Horn is accompanied by the head of one of the transformed creatures, a grumpy companion who reluctantly offers help.
Players freely explore three lands, fight with a sword and crossbow, solve puzzles, and use a musical horn. Gestures control movement, jumping, crawling, and the grappling hook. Alongside the main adventure, the game includes hidden side content and challenge modes that grow progressively harder.
