A hospital management simulator about planning a medical facility and organizing its operations to treat patients while using resources efficiently. The player expands the hospital, hires staff, sets policies, and reviews financial reports. Decisions involve balancing the institution’s needs against profitability, including whether to discharge patients only after they have fully recovered or send them home earlier.
Patients undergo examinations as doctors and nurses try to identify the causes of their symptoms and prescribe treatment. Each patient has a unique combination of symptoms with varying severity, and a doctor’s handbook helps with diagnosis. The administrator can overrule staff decisions and edit patient records. The game includes sandbox construction and randomized missions.
