This first-person fantasy adventure follows a wizard searching for an ancient power inside a lost temple. As the hero explores its forgotten chambers, they discover spells and cast them by speaking aloud in Maha’ki, the language of the gods. Magic is used to solve puzzles, evade traps and fight the monsters lurking in the temple’s depths.
The journey through the temple gradually reveals secrets about its mysterious past as well as the wizard’s own. Spells vary in purpose and power, making their use part of both exploration and puzzle-solving. In Verbis Virtus combines voice-controlled magic with environmental exploration and combat.
