Arcade racing featuring characters from the Mario series takes place on tracks filled with hazards and items that can be used against rivals. Mario Kart Super Circuit has 40 tracks and a roster that includes Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Wario, Yoshi, and Bowser.
Racers throw Koopa Shells and drop banana peels to hinder one another. Up to four players can compete using a single game cartridge; having a copy for each player makes additional features and modes available.
