This action game combines puzzle mechanics with shoot ’em up gameplay in a mystical world on the brink of destruction. Kairi and Satsuki, brought together by fate and duty, struggle to survive against enemies and explosive projectiles, accompanied by music and magic.
The hero can fire only one regular shot at a time, so hitting targets depends on angles and timing. Shapes that appear during levels explode when shot, and matching shapes can collide to trigger chain reactions. The characters differ in movement speed and firing range, and each has a special attack with limited uses. Completing chapters, whether successfully or not, unlocks information about the world’s history and its characters, as well as musical tracks.
