This open-world survival simulation places the protagonist, without food or equipment, on a harsh island in the Siberian wilderness. To find a way out, the protagonist must develop survival skills and contend with the dangers of the wild.
Players hunt, fish, scavenge for supplies and gear, start fires, and craft items. Hunger, hydration, body temperature, and energy must be managed, as their levels affect the protagonist’s sanity. The island is home to predators and other wildlife, as well as abandoned locations. Four difficulty scenarios range from peaceful exploration to a hardcore challenge.
