This 3D arcade shooter follows the witch Cotton on a quest to obtain the elusive Willow candy. She sets out to stop the evil demon Tweed and battle colorful enemies across fantastical stages, from a Christmas-lit town at night to a sunken forest and a castle above the clouds.

Cotton collects power-ups to strengthen her projectiles and uses magic attacks, including fireballs and lightning. The stages feature large bosses and alternate routes, while fairies help the heroine along the way. A dedicated Retro Mode recreates the original gameplay experience.
