A casual strategy adventure about a group of survivors searching for a way out of buildings overrun by zombies. The player explores rooms and maps, gathering food, medicine, ammunition, and weapons, while rescuing other people to expand the team and keep it alive.
Several characters can be controlled at once, and some have special skills or attributes. Killing zombies grants experience to level up, while the day-night cycle affects the danger: zombies become more aggressive at night. A character who dies turns into a zombie, and a lack of food can cause the entire team to starve.
