Shadoworlds

This isometric science-fiction role-playing game follows a team of explorers sent to an orbital weapons research facility in the Magna 6 system. Communications with the station, home to advanced weapons research, have suddenly gone silent, and the team must investigate what happened to its crew and what dangers remain inside.

The player assembles a squad of four explorers, each with distinct strengths, weaknesses, personalities, and histories, then directs their actions and manages their inventories. The team searches the facility’s dark corridors and ventures onto the planet’s surface, monitors its supply of life-sustaining fluid, and uses headlamps to illuminate the route and puzzles. Items found during the mission can be combined to craft weapons for fighting defense robots and other threats.
