A management simulation about running a call center company and building it into a financially successful business. The player hires employees and arranges offices, facilities, and other furnishings throughout the company building.
Staff can become unhappy if their well-being is neglected, so coaches can be assigned to cheer them up, while human resources employees help schedule working hours and vacations. Project managers unlock new technologies, and account managers bring in contracts; managers can also be used to increase employee productivity. Offices, employees, and elevators can all be upgraded.
