This team-based multiplayer action game centres on a conflict between retirement-home residents seeking to die and nurses tasked with keeping them alive. Players choose a side: residents craft tools for suicide from everyday objects and hide from their pursuers, while nurses search for the right life-saving tool to help anyone in danger.
Nurses can sedate residents and escort them to containment rooms, while special items grant abilities or let a resident die instantly. Points are awarded when residents die or are confined, and the winning side is determined by the final score. Matches take place in a retirement home in South America, a hospital, or a forest, with up to eight players on each team.
