SVC Chaos: SNK vs. Capcom is a crossover fighting game that pits characters from SNK and Capcom series against one another. It features 36 fighters drawn from franchises including Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, The King of Fighters, and Street Fighter. Arcade mode sends players against 16 bosses, while four hidden characters are also available.
Versus mode lets players challenge an opponent and use special and super-special moves with three levels of power. The fighting mechanics also include a forward ground step and Exceed, a high-damage move. Online features include lobbies for up to nine players and tournaments with single-elimination, double-elimination, or round-robin formats. A hitbox viewer displays characters’ collision areas, and the gallery contains 89 artworks.
