This romantic visual novel with language-learning elements follows Rin, who finds herself in a world with an unfamiliar sky and a language she cannot understand. Ruka, a young woman she meets there, helps her adjust, and feelings gradually develop between them despite the difficulties of communicating.
Rin and the player learn Juliamo, the language of this world, which is based on the real constructed language Esperanto. Progress through the story involves quizzes that test understanding of the lessons; both lessons and quizzes can also be revisited from the main menu. The quizzes can be skipped for a story-only playthrough.
