The game is published by Namco Bandai Games. Toki to Towa is an alternate title for Time and Eternity. Perhaps Time and Eternity is being developed for PC, but this version has not yet been announced. It seems that Time and Eternity turned out to be complete crap. This is evidenced by the low ratings on the Metacritic service.
