A real-time tactical strategy game set during World War III, in which the player takes command of an army and leads one of three factions: the United States, Europe, or Russia. Battles unfold across locations in Europe and the United States, with tactics and the use of terrain and cover shaping each engagement.
Units can be commanded through conventional strategy controls or by voice. The camera follows the action from a third-person perspective, while battlefields are destructible. Armies can be tailored to different tactical styles by upgrading units, raising their ranks, and choosing vehicles, weapons, and equipment.
