This apartment-management simulation with tower-defense elements centers on a tenement the Devil has turned into housing for monsters. The player attracts tenants, collects rent and keeps them content by furnishing their apartments. When heroes attack, residents can be called to battle and directed into formations to defeat their opponents.
Monsters have jobs, hobbies and desires; some fall in love and have children, while their occupations and preferences are procedurally generated. Completing quests unlocks new kinds of tenants and furniture, and the player’s performance affects their reputation with different monster families. Residents may fall behind on rent, so managing the building also means deciding whom to keep and whom to evict.
