This fantasy game combines platforming action with turn-based strategy. A mage who has infiltrated the circle of the evil Demonaica gains the same power of immortality and leads an uprising to strip the enemy and his henchmen of that advantage. Gameplay alternates between platforming stages and strategic turns on a world map.
In platforming sections, the hero fights enemies and adjusts character customization and equipment to suit each stage. On the map, the player commands troops to fight, scavenge, build, recruit, and farm; Demonaica’s armies pursue the resistance while his henchmen hunt the hero. Worlds are procedurally generated, and the game can also be played cooperatively.
