This sports simulation focuses on orienteering across unfamiliar terrain with a map and compass. The player travels from start to finish, visiting checkpoints in sequence and choosing routes between them.
Terrain affects running speed, making route selection a matter of judging both distance and conditions on the ground. The simulation features a day-and-night cycle and modeled map and compass use, and is designed to help players practice navigation at different skill levels.
