This role-playing puzzle game combines match-three tile combinations with runs through procedurally generated dungeons, all in pursuit of building a boat. As the hero runs to the right, the player also moves rows or columns on a grid to make matches of three or more tiles: keys open chests, while swords are used to attack monsters.
Dungeons hold artifacts, monsters to capture, and potential crew members for the boat. Quests provide gradual goals, and taking on several at once raises the difficulty; between expeditions, the player can upgrade a magic staff and trade found items for resources. You Must Build A Boat is the sequel to 10000000.
