There are two available love interests for Henry in the game, and you can reach the bedroom scene with both in one playthrough. If you are determined to seduce Rosa, you will have to follow a few simple rules. Firstly, you need to boost your reputation with her. To do this, you will need to be polite and not put the girl in danger. The second condition is to complete all the quests associated with her.

Rosa's first important quest will begin during the storyline mission №18 "French Leave". The lady will give you her side quest called "Rosa's Book". It is very easy to miss, so be attentive. While rescuing Sir Hans from the Maleshov fortress, you must grab the girl's book. Talk to Rosa before heading to the fortress and choose the following lines:

Now the hardest part. Once in the fortress, you must not leave until you take the book, otherwise, the quest and romance will be irreversibly failed. Reach the point where the main task updates, and you find Hans Capon. Now go down and enter the hut in the southwest.

Be sure to strangle the cook Dragomira and take all the keys from her. This will allow you to move around the castle without lockpicking. Now you will have to quietly sneak to the tower.
